There are 29 voting HOA members. Each of the 29 lots has one vote -- please decide in advance of a meeting which of your lot's recorded owners will be your vote-caster. Votes occur at the Annual Meetings which are held on a weekday evening on or after March 15th, at any special meetings, or possibly via letter-ballots.
Proxy voting is allowed. While your participation in person at the as-brief-as-possible HOA meetings is desired, in the rare case that a voting member for your lot can't attend a meeting you can assign your vote to another lot's voting member. A proxy form should be included with each meeting's notice. If you can't attend, please fill out the form and give it to another voting member, and inform the Secretary about to whom you gave your proxy. Proxy votes help establish a quorum, and may be used in elections, but unfortunately nominations are normally not made in advance of the Annual Meetings. Only one proxy vote per attending voting member is allowed.
