Because e-mail is unfortunately unreliable at times, official correspondences to the HOA's President, Board of Directors, or the Architectural Control Committee, for example, must be by registered USPS mail, or preferably in person. For example, hand-deliver ACC requests, including a site plan, drawings, and detailed descriptions of the building materials, to the President. Please call/text/email in advance, as a courtesy.

Payment of HOA dues, with checks written to "Oakwood Estates," are to be mailed to the Treasurer. Bills are sent quarterly, if there is a balance due. Most owners pay for a full year; no quarterly statement is sent if there's no balance due.
